ZTTOOL Tornador cleaning gun includes tornador classic, tornador black, tornador max, tornador air blow out tool, tornador foam, tornador mini, and engine cleaning gun, car roof cleaning gun etc.
ZTTTOOL air pulse gun is a high efficient cleaning product dedicated to cleaning automobile interiors.
Our pneumatic tools can quickly remove the stubborn stains and old dirt that are difficult to be cleaned, thus to save you a lot of labor and operational costs and greatly improve your working efficiency.
The working principle is as below:
ZTTOOL tornado cleaning gun is connected with the air source, which causes high-speed rotation (6000 turns/ minute) of the circular tube within the bell mouth of the cleaning machine with a pressure of 6-9.2 kg (best working state is at pressure of 8kg).
The centrifugal force as a result of the rotation evacuates the airs in the center and forms a powerful airflow to atomize the detergent. The atomized detergent is attached on the stained parts to completely separate the stain molecules from the surface of the parts.
Meanwhile, the free molecules will be adsorbed on the bell mouth to achieve an outstanding pollutant removal effect and can also sterilize the bacteria inside the automobile.
